Richard W. Noble, J.D. – Chief Executive Officer, BCC Merchant Solutions

Richard Noble has been Chief Executive Officer of BankCard Central, Inc. since 1998. Under his leadership the BCC family of companies has grown at an annualized growth rate of 100 percent. Mr. Noble continues to lead BankCard Central and its affiliated companies on a planned development program, which has included

• The creation & expansion of the VerePay secure payment technology
• BankCard Central International payment solutions provider for domestic merchants expanding into international markets as well as international merchants that desire to utilize the best in internet technology.

Mr. Noble’s work and civic activities has been recognized by the Society for Human Resource Management, the Joseph A. Sherman Community Service Award, Who’s Who in the World, Who’s Who in American Executives, and Who’s Who in American Law.

Monty Lockyear - Chief Marketing Officer, BCC Merchant Solutions / President, Silver Stream Marketing

Monty Lockyear brings over 14 years experience in marketing, sales and business development. Prior to joining BCC, he spent 11 years in the food industry. He began his career as a sales associate and worked his way up to Director of Sales and Marketing for one of the nation’s largest food distributors. Along the way, he received several honors including Rookie of the Year, Presidents Club, District Sales Manager of the Year and Sales Manager of the Year.   

Monty’s personal business interests have included storage facilities, restaurants, internet companies and consulting. He has developed a variety of widely accepted marketing programs specializing in strategic alliances, affinity marketing and internet based solutions

Terri Huffman - Chief Operations Officer

A founding member of BankCard Central, Terry Huffman created the New Accounts department and helped in development of Customer Care, Technical and Accounting departments. She also assists in various complex on-going projects that enable Bankcard Central to sustain its role as a world class e-Commerce provider.

Prior to joining BankCard Central, Terry spent 11 years in the travel industry. Her work experience for various airlines in reservations, administration and analytics provides a great asset to BankCard Central and our merchants .

Joe Gratz - Chief Technology Officer

Joe Gratz received his B.S. in Business with a specialization in Computer Information Systems from Indiana University in 2000. Since then, he has worked as a sr. developer, consultant, and CTO. In 2005, Joe utilized his technological experience and business know-how to develop CoolOrder.com, an online ordering software company geared towards restaurants. Joe joined the management team at BankCard Central in 2007 after BCC acquired a majority interest in CoolOrder.com.
