BankCard Central (BCC), formed in 1992, is a registered IPSP, (Internet Payment Service Provider) with a special capability to underwrite and process for higher volume retail and Internet merchants, domestically and internationally. While BCC will accept start-ups, our greatest strength is our flexibility and unique solutions to existing high volume internet and brick and mortar businesses.
